CORNER SHORT DECK

The Corner Short Deck allows you to locate and control selected cards using a specially prepared corner.

Every card has one corner re-rounded to 4.5mm, creating a subtle difference that can be identified by touch.

HOW IT WORKS

A spectator selects a card, turns it around and returns it to the deck.

Because every card has the same prepared corner, the reversed card creates a small gap at one corner of the squared deck. This allows you to locate the selection by riffling the opposite corner and feeling for the gap.

You can also use the protruding corner to identify the card by sight or touch, cut directly to a selection or stop a dribble at the chosen card.

The deck can also be Faro shuffled.

PRECISION CORNER PREPARATION

Each deck is prepared using the Precision Corner Trimmer, developed by Eoin O'Hare at The Perfect Shuffle.

The trimmer creates a consistent 4.5mm corner preparation across every card in the deck.

HAND-PREPARED BY THE DECKSMITH

Each deck is individually prepared and checked in the Decksmith Workshop before dispatch.

WANT IT RESEALED?

Add our Factory Resealing service and we'll carefully reseal the deck using its original box, label and cellophane after preparation.
